Mood Swings and How to deal with it?

Why you should understand mood swings and bipolar mental disorders?

Many people during this pandemic are going through heavy mood swings to bipolar disorders.
Understanding helps us to get what is causing it. How to deal with it. It gives us a guidelines. Understanding helps us to proceed with confidence with hope to deal with pandemic.

What is polarity?
Polarity is just like North and South poles of earth. The Devil and Angel of our Mind.

What is bipolar?
It means 2 poles, If thinking "everything is going good" is one pole, "Nothing is going good" is another pole.

What is a Mood Swing?
If at one moment if we think "everything is going good" and in a fraction of second we start thinking "Nothing is going good", such emotional swing is called a Mood swing.
We are unable to confirm and confine to one pole. we are not able to conclude a logical solution for the problem we are facing.

In this pandemic, almost all problems that were predictable and simple have turned into unpredictable and hard problems.
Even people educated & experienced to solve such difficult problems, are finding it difficult, the nature of problem is so difficult that they cannot arrive to a solution even teaming up, what can they do best is, "Manage" and slowly bring the system into control.

What is a bipolar disorder?
It is a mental ailment, extreme condition with lot of mood swings. Mood swing are very much erratic that controlling it internally and externally (by others) becomes difficult.

Our government has taken necessary steps to deal with our mood swings by improving predictability and by simplifying the everyday problem which has turned hard. Rest in peace, the probability of bipolar disorder is minuscule for now.
With 98% occupancy of ICU beds and 95% occupancy of oxiginated beds, non availability of medicines, vaccines and resources, the severity and difficulty of the problem has not reduced yet.
Government is doing its best to "Manage" and bring the situation in control.

Take doctor advice if mood swings are not controllable. I don't thing we are in such terrible situation.

As an Individual, what I can do to avoid mood swings?

People are naive, you too, first forgive yourself for any mistakes you do. Forgive others for any mistakes they do.

Despite government taking actions, despite people die, despite they get themselves affected. It looks like "Humanity" is not learning. No it is "not true".
It just means we have so many "naive" peoples. It just means we have "not done enough". Forgive them, keep forgiving them. Do best at your best, to improve yourself and the situation.

As an individual,

We can forgive, We can pray and ask others to pray, even an uneducated can pray.

We can get away from stress, re frame situations, change prespectives, take a stand on others shoes. Forgive them and forgive yourself.

Increase predictability, Have some simple workable schedule. If planning to be done takes time with all people involved. It is how it is. Everything goes slow with pandemic.
Gain the ability to slow down and speed up at will with all of your family & friends, mend the time with all your loving heart. (clock has no heart, it is stupid, it just ticks).

Take care of your body, listen to it.
Do some simple exercise to check and listen.
Eat healthy (avoid caffeine slowly (caffeine is external ardernaline boost for fighting and flighting), it helps to slow down, avoid crunchy snacks slowly (it can bust instantaneous stress, it is waste of money for such simple act with all its side effects), move to natural fruits and veggies - local seasonal fruits & local veggies are best),
Chew and Grind the food, Tongue is designed to avoid poisonous food, not for delicacies and ecstasy. Once you start chewing, you will start wondering how much spicy, tangy your food is. Adjust your food taste to help yourself chew.
Be kind to your stomach it has no teeth.
Be kind to your brain, it has to orchestrate so much just to digest what you ate. Chew and bust the stress of your stomach and brain, let the saved energy be spend for yourself and others.

Be kind to me for such personal interference, I do love you. I may not know you, I do love you.
Stomach and food are the only factor for which we earn. Reducing such a need, stabilizes the running live system with less, by taking care of the body, it helps. While its needs are reduced, our financial need reduces temporarily.
While you may be financial sound, not everyone, practice and help the "others" stabilize. Money only buys money nothing much, only by accident it buys peace.

Forgive your body for any toll it takes. Continue being kind to it.

Sleep properly when the sun goes down, sleep well like a death. It is not waste of time, it is the time you give your body to take care of itself. If you are not able to sleep, don't worry. Forgive yourself for all mistakes, pay your gratitude for all those who helped you for the day, and the almighty.
